U.S. Weather Bureau: Rainfall-Frequency Atlas of the U.S. for <br />Durations from 30 Minutes to 24 Hours and Return Periods from 1 to <br />100 Years. <br />1.02 SUBMITTALS <br />A. Informational Submittals: <br />1. Copies of permits and approvals for construction as required by Laws <br />and Regulations and governing agencies. <br />2. Temporary Construction Submittals: <br />a. Access Roads: Routes, cross-sections, and drainage facilities. <br />b. Layout plan for construction trailers, vehicle parking, and material <br />storage. <br />c. Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasures Plan (SPCC): <br />Prepare in accordance with WSDOT 1007.15(1). <br />1.03 MOBILIZATION <br />A. Mobilization includes, but is not limited to, these principal items: <br />1. Obtaining required permits. <br />2. Establishing GPS electronic grade control for the Project.
