Contractor will schedule regular progress meetings at Site, conducted weekly <br />to review the Work progress, Progress Schedule, Schedule of Submittals, <br />Application for Payment, contract modifications, and other matters needing <br />discussion and resolution. <br />B. Attendees will include: <br />1. Owner’s representative. <br />2. Contractor, Subcontractors, and Suppliers, as appropriate. <br />3. Engineer’s representative may request to attend. <br />4. Others as appropriate. <br />1.04 QUALITY CONTROL MEETINGS <br />A. Scheduled by Contractor on regular basis and as necessary to review test and <br />inspection reports, and other matters relating to quality control of the Work <br />and work of other Contractors. <br />B. Attendees will include: <br />1. Contractor. <br />2. Contractor’s designated quality control representative. <br />3. Subcontractors and Suppliers, as necessary. <br />4. Engineer’s representatives may be requested or may request to join. <br />1.05 PREINSTALLATION MEETINGS <br />A. When required in individual Specification sections, convene at Site prior to <br />commencing the Work of that section. <br />B. Require attendance of entities directly affecting, or affected by, the Work of <br />that section. <br />C. Notify Engineer 5 days in advance of meeting date. <br />D. Provide suggested agenda to Engineer to include reviewing conditions of <br />installation, preparation and installation or application procedures, and <br />coordination with related Work and work of others. <br />1.06 OTHER MEETINGS <br />A. In accordance with Contract Documents and as may be required by Owner <br />and Engineer.
