General: <br />1. Photographically document all phases of the Project including <br />preconstruction, construction progress, and post-construction. <br />2. Engineer shall have right to select subject matter and vantage point from <br />which photographs are to be taken. <br />B. Preconstruction and Post-Construction: <br />1. After Effective Date of the Agreement and before Work at Site is <br />started, and again upon issuance of Substantial Completion, take a <br />minimum of 30 photographs of Site and property adjacent to perimeter <br />of Site. <br />2. Format: Digital, minimum resolution of 1680 pixels by 2240 pixels and <br />24-bit, millions of color. <br />C. Construction Progress Photos: <br />1. Photographically demonstrate progress of construction, showing every <br />aspect of Site and adjacent properties as well as interior and exterior of <br />new or impacted structures. <br />2. Weekly: Take 40 photographs using digital, minimum resolution of <br />1680 pixels by 2240 pixels and 24-bit, millions of color. <br />D. Digital Images: <br />a. Electronic image shall have date taken embedded into image. <br />b. Archive using a commercially available photo management <br />system that provides listing of photographs including date, <br />keyword description, and direction of photograph. <br />c. Label file folders or database records with Project and Owner’s <br />name, and month and year images were produced. <br />1.10 REFERENCE POINTS AND SURVEYS <br />A. Owner’s Responsibilities: Provide horizontal reference points or coordinate <br />system with benchmarks and reference points for Contractor’s use as <br />necessary to lay out Work. <br />B. Location and elevation of benchmarks are shown on Drawings.
