The culvert to be installed shall be <br /> inch minimum diameter culvert <br />8.Culvert Beveled End Treatments <br />The open ends of the culvert run shall be beveled to match the existing slopes of the ditch or swale and <br />access connection fill material. <br />9.Culvert End Treatments – Quarry Spalls <br />Quarry spalls shall be placed around the open ends of the culvert. The quarry spalls shall be placed below, <br />along the sides, and on the top of the open end of the culvert for a minimum length of two (2) feet in all <br />directions. <br />10.Gated and Locked Access <br />This access connection shall be gated and locked when not in active use. <br />11.Surety <br />To ensure proper compliance with all terms and conditions of this permit, a surety amount in the form of <br />a Bond, Assignment of Escrow, Certificate of Deposit, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Check or Money Order <br />shall be provided to WSDOT in the amount listed below.
