Roll surface until keystone is worked into interstices of base
course without excessive displacement.
d. Continue operation until course has become thoroughly keyed,
compacted, and will not creep or move under roller.
6. Blade or broom surface to maintain true line, grade, and cross-section.
C. Top Course:
1. Maximum Completed Lift Thickness: 3 inches.
2.
