Work under this section shall include complete responsibility for maintaining <br />adequate protection from disturbance for all hydroseeded areas. Damaged or <br />washed out areas shall be filled and repaired at no additional expense to the <br />Owner. <br />C. Hydroseeded areas that do not properly germinate or grow shall be reseeded in <br />accordance with the specifications for the original seeding. Hand broadcasting <br />will not be allowed. <br />D. Upon completion of maintenance period and on written notice from <br />Contractor, Engineer, will, within 15 days of receipt, determine if a <br />satisfactory stand has been established. <br />E. If a satisfactory stand has not been established, Engineer will make another <br />determination upon written notice from Contractor following the next growing <br />season. <br />END OF SECTION
