Subexcavate to suitable material and backfill in accordance with <br />Section 31 23 23, Fill and Backfill; refer to Article Replacing Over Excavated <br />and Subexcavated Material. <br />3.07 DISPOSAL OF SPOIL <br />A. Dispose of excavated materials, which are unsuitable or exceed quantity <br />needed for fill or backfill, offsite. <br />B. Dispose of debris resulting from removal of organic matter, trash, refuse, and <br />junk as specified in Section 31 10 00, Site Clearing, for clearing and grubbing <br />debris. <br />END OF SECTION
