7. The Bid items are supplied according to the specifications <br />identified by the General Contractor. Thus the Bid items are <br />accepted "AS IS" and Huber Brothers, LLC, -disclaims all <br />warranties, express and implied, including the warranty of fitness <br />for a particular purpose and warranty of merchantability. <br />General Contractor represents and warrants that once the Bid <br />items are delivered on site, General Contractor has accepted the <br />Bid items with all faults (if any). <br />a. This provision was explicitly negotiated and bargained for by <br />Huber Brothers, LLC, and General Contractor. LLC - Standard Exclusions <br />1. Added dowels at Construction joints in beams, joist and slabs, where not <br />specifically indicated on plans. <br />2. Threaded Reinforcing bars, painting, dipping or coating of dowels. <br />3. Raiser bars, support bars, wall and slab spacer bars, unless specifically <br />indicated on plans and quoted. <br />4. Mechanical splicing devices, bar raising and positioning accessories. <br />5. All Reinforcing Steel that is welded to structural Steel. <br />6. Post -tensioning and rebar. <br />7. Welded bar mats <br />8. Any additional insurance costs for special wording or endorsements incurred <br />will be passed along to the General Contractor <br />9. Installing Form Savers (male or female) <br />Payment to be made as follows: Monthly payments for material furnished and work accomplished. <br />All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. <br />Any alternation or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will <br />become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. <br />Owner to carry fire, and any other necessary insurance.
