No permanent or sustained dust control or mitigation has been included. <br />13. Any scope of work not specifically included as a line item in this proposal is excluded. <br />14. Actual quantities installed shall be tracked/measured and the basis of payment at the unit prices included in this proposal unless otherwise agreed. <br />15. Due to global supply chain disruptions and market volatility we reserve the exclusive right to adjust our proposal for material escalation. <br />16. Proposal is valid for 30 days. We discussed this with CCC and Jones <br />(509)961-7825 concrete and all agreed this was the best method of getting fill <br />material inside of the stadium in a timely and cost effective <br />manner. Now since this has changed we must include an extra <br />operator and loader during this fill operation to get the fill inside <br />near the stadium. There is no longer enough width of an access <br />anywhere that we can get a truck backed in to dump. We will have <br />to dump outside and haul majority of this with a loader to its final <br />location. <br />
