Request Board approval for Chair's signature on Change Order #4 for the Rodeo Arena <br />Seating Project: Patti went over Change Order #4 with the Board. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />moved to approve Chair's signature on Change Order #4. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the <br />motion. Motion passed 3-0. A brief discussion was held on LTAC funding and additional <br />funding in the amount of $500,000 from the City of Ellensburg and $100,000 from the Rodeo <br />Board. <br />Request Boards approval and signature on Agreement for Services with Rimrock <br />Landscapes: Cody informed the Board that this is the same Contractor that provides grounds <br />maintenance for the City of Ellensburg and that renewing this contract for grounds maintenance <br />will provide maintenance staff with more time to provide ongoing building maintenance. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Board signature on Professional Services <br />Agreement with Rimrock Landscapes. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the motion. Motion <br />passed 3-0. <br />Update on Jail Renovation: Cody gave the Board an update on the HVAC replacement on the <br />rooftop and that the crane access will be off Main instead of 6th. It is scheduled for March 3ra <br />Cody informed the Board that the Grinder pump in the basement needs replaced. Cody informed <br />the Board that the J-Mod planning is moving forward and the main entry door replacement will <br />start next week. Discussion was held on the crosswalk at 6th avenue, including lighting on the <br />Jail and that the City will not put a traffic control device there because it is close to the main <br />intersection on Sin <br />Update on Search and Rescue/EOC Project: Discussion was held on the septic permit and an <br />April 1st date to begin erection. Further discussion included how the plans depict the road to the <br />Airport. Need clarification on the access road. (Airport Rd) <br />Update on Rodeo Arena: Cody informed the Board that the Contractor is backfilling in <br />preparation for the Concourse schedule for March, that the hydrant is in and ready for the City to <br />tap and meter. Discussion was held on complaints received from track out onto streets, the <br />Contractor is aware and cleans daily. <br />Update on Auditor's Remodel: Cody gave the Board an update that the project is moving <br />forward, sheetrock is up, need to mud and tape, HVAC is scheduled for Friday and the electrical <br />is stubbed. <br />Update on Probation and Commissioners move: Cody gave the Board an update that currently <br />he's waiting for a draw -up from Harris Office and the furniture is approximately four weeks out. <br />Cody informed the Board that they would be using the current probation security window. <br />2026-02-10 MINUTES 2 <br />
