RESOLUTION 26.003 <br />ARESOLUTIONAMENDINGTHEINTERLOCALAGREEMENTFoR <br />CONSOLIDATEDLODGINGTAXGRANTPROCESS <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas Counfy, and the cities of Ellensburg, Roslyn, and Cle Elum entered into an <br />lnterlocal Agreement for a Consolidated Llaging Tax Grant Process in February <br />of2014; and <br />WHEREAS: Novemb er 18,2A25the Board of County Commissioners approved non- <br />substantive changes from the City of Eliensburg by Resolution2025-242; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners find it is in the best interest for all parties: <br />corrnry, citi., of Eilensburg, Roslyn and cle Elum to sign an updated <br />A*end*ent that is aligned"with thl verbiage signed by other municipalities' <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: Mayor of Roslyn, Jeff Adams authorized to sign <br />the amended agreement with the Board of county commissioners of Kittitas county' and <br />cities of Ell"r,.i.trrg, Roslyn, and Cle Elum for a Consolidated Lodging Tax Grant <br />Process. <br />ADOPTED this l3th day of JANUARY 2026' <br />Attest: <br />Brandi Taklo <br />Jeff Adams <br />Resolution #26-003
