<br />A. The County shall indemniff and hold harmless the Cities and their officers, agents
<br />employees and elected ofrtcials, o, aoy oith"m, from any and all claims, actions, suits, liability'
<br />loss, costs, expenses aud damages ofany nature whatsoeverby any reason ofor arising out ofany
<br />act or omission of the Couuty, it, offi".is, agents, employees and etected offrcials, or any of them'

<br />7 . Future support. No parly to this Agreement makes any commitrnent to future support and

<br />8. cqrnpliance with laws,. Each parly hereto, in its perforrnance of this Agreement agrees to
<br />compiy-with-all applicable iocal, State, and Federal laws and ordinances'
