RESOLUTION 26-003 <br />ARESOLUTIONAMENDINGTHEINTERLOCALAGREEMENTFOR <br />CONSOLIDATEDLODGINGTAXGRANTPROCESS <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas counfy, and the cities of Ellensburg, Roslyn, and cle Elum entered into an <br />Interlocal egieement for a Consolidated I,ldging Tax Grant Process in February <br />of2014; and <br />WHEREAS: Novemb er 18,2a25 the Board of county commissioners approved non- <br />substantive changes from the Cify of Eliensburg by Resoluti on 2025-242; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners find it is in the best interest for all parties: <br />countv, citi"* of Eilensburg, Roslyn and cle Elum to sign an updated <br />Amendrnent that is aligned"with thl verbiage signed by other municipalities' <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: Mayor of Roslyn, Jeff Adams authorized to sign <br />the amended ugrr"-*nt with the Board of county commissioners of Kittitas County' and <br />cities of Ell"r,ri,rrg, Roslyn, and cle Elum for a consolidated Lodging Tax Grant <br />Process. <br />ADOPTED this 13th day of JANUARY 2026' <br />Attest: <br />Brandi Takio <br />Jeff Adams <br />Resolution #26-003
