Brett <br />Wachsmith moved to approve September Board of Health meeting minutes with one minor edit. <br />Danielle Bertschi second. All approved. Motion 12.01 carried to approve the September 18, 2025, Board <br />of Health meeting minutes with one minor edit. <br />Laura Osiadacz asked for a motion to approve the following minutes as presented: <br />4 Motion to approve the minutes for September 18, 2025, Joint Public Hearing meeting minutes. <br />12.02: Motion to approve the September 18, 2025, Joint Public Hearing meeting minutes as presented. <br />Brett Wachsmith moved to approve September Board of Health meeting minutes as presented. Dede <br />Utley second. All approved. Motion 12.02 carried to approve the September 18, 2025, Joint Public <br />Hearing meeting minutes As presented. <br />Other Business <br />Veteran Services Program Introduction and Update <br />Christ Ofsthun introduced himself and has joined the Veteran Services Program as of November. Mr. <br />Ofsthun noted his passion for helping veterans and that he is working to collaborate with all veterans <br />and bring them together. Mr. Ofsthun is working with community partners to be more present in the <br />community and make sure that veterans know where the Veteran Services Program is and what we do. <br />
