Grant Purpose <br />WSDA and Grantee have entered into this Agreement to provide funding for a capital improvement project to <br />make health or safety improvements to agricultural fairgrounds or fair facilities in order to benefit participants <br />and the fair -going public pursuant to RCW 15.76.165. Grantee will use grant funding for Phase 2: development <br />of construction documents and initiation of the bidding process; permitting, required reviews, and additional <br />testing; construction administration services; installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, electrical, and <br />communications) designed to accommodate modern RVs, house trailers, and living- quarter trailers; and <br />procurement of construction materials, as further described in Section 4 of the Terms and Conditions. <br />WSDA and Grantee agree to the terms of this Agreement as set forth in this Grant Agreement Face Sheet, the <br />Terms and Conditions, and the following documents incorporated by reference: Attachment I: Grantee's <br />Application for Capital Improvement Grant Funds; Attachment II: Certification of Non -State Matching Funds <br />and Value of In -Kind Services to Complete Project.
