KVEC will use grant funding for <br />Phase 2 of the RV Park project: development of construction <br />documents and initiation of the bidding process; permitting, <br />required reviews, and additional testing; construction administration <br />services; installation of underground utilities (water, sewer, <br />electrical, and communications) designed to accommodate modern <br />RVs, house trailers, and living- quarter trailers; and procurement of <br />construction materials. <br />WSDA has emailed the agreement to Chairman Cory Wright for <br />electronic signature. <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas Valley Event Center <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approval of Signature on Grant Agreement <br />ATTACHMENT(S): K6400 Grant Agreement <br />LEAD STAFF: Kady Porterfield, CFE — Event Center Director <br />
