This ensures that workforce and economic devetopment etforts are atigned' <br />complementary, and responsive to the needs of empioyers countywide. <br />The position atso supports muttipte organizations by serving as a neutraI convener and <br />imptementation partner. By coordinating Workforce programrning, communications, and <br />consultant-supported initiatives, the rote helps reduce duptication of effort, improves inforrnation <br />sharing, and maximizes the impact of limited pubtic and private resources' <br />Because workforce avaitabitity, talent retention, and business sustainabitity chattenges do not stop <br />at jurisdictionat boundaries, a countywide approach is essentiat. This position provides that <br />connective capacity-supporting muttipte jurisdictions and organizations white atigning activities <br />with county-ted priorities and respecting tocat governance structures' <br />S. What goals and detiverabtes have you set for this position? How witt you measure <br />success? <br />The goats and detiverabtes for this position are directty atigned with the Scope of Work and <br />performance Metrics outtined in the attached funding proposat. The position is responsible for <br />advancing countywide economic development and worKorce initiatives through emptoyer <br />engagement, coord inated prograrnming, a nd cross-sector partnersh i ps. <br />Primary goats and deliverabtes inctude: <br />Employer Engagement <br />. Engage a minimum of 50 emptoyers annuatty through direct outreach, surveys, meetings' <br />and worKorce-f ocused progra mming. <br />e ldentify workforce trends, skitts gaps, and priority needs across key industry sectors' <br />Measurement: <br />Emptoyer participation witt be tracked through attendance records, outreach togs, and documented <br />feedback gathered through surveys and meetings' <br />Workforce Programming <br />r Deliver 6-10 workforce-focused workshops, forums, or events annual'ty focused on <br />recruitment, retention, benefits, workptace cUtture, and work-tife harmony' <br />r Achieve at teast 75o/o participant satistaction based on post-event evaluations. <br />Measurement: <br />Event counts, attendance data, and post-program evatuations wil't be cottected and reviewed to <br />assess effectiveness a nd participant satisfaction' <br />Talent Pipe tine DevetoPment
