Yes. In October 2025, the applicant applied to convert the existing residential <br />access to a commercial access at its current location. That application remains <br />pending. <br />The current request proposes relocating access to a new compliant location and <br />permanently restricting the existing driveway. If approved, this proposal would <br />supersede and replace the prior commercial access application. <br />Upon approval of this request, the applicant intends to formally withdraw the <br />October 2025 application to ensure administrative clarity and avoid permit <br />duplication. <br />PETER W.
