J -U-B will complete the RFR <br />using the Delphi System upon receiving authorization from CLIENT. <br /> ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCEPTIONS <br />• No SMS plan is required on this project during the design or other portions of the project. <br />• No initial AGIS survey is required for this project. <br />• No identification of ownership of Navigational Aids or new Navigational Aids. <br />• No Modification of Standards will be required. <br />• It is assumed that the previous DBE Program Plan does not need to be updated or submitted for <br />another FAA Civil Rights review and approval.
