In the event work is started on <br />the basis of this letter CDBG procurement procedures, terms and requirements must be met. CDBG <br />Management Workshops are scheduled for July 13, 2011, in Moses Lake and July 19, 2011, in <br />Olympia. The County's project manager and subrecipient or consultant directly engaged in the <br />project must attend one of the workshops. Please contact Sandy Scott at (360) 725-3090 or email at <br />sandy.scott@commerce.wa.gov to register for a workshop. <br />Before signing the grant contract, you must send' us your adopted Greenhouse Gas Emission <br />Reduction Policy as stated in your application, Resolution 2010-39 Certifications of Compliance. <br />We expect to finalize this contract -within 90 days from the date of this letter. A delay may lead to <br />the rescission of this award and an invitation to reapply. <br />Lynn Kohn has been assigned to develop this contract.
