• Establish or strengthen at least five partnerships with K-12, Career & Technical Education <br />(CTE), higher education, or workforce organizations. <br />• Increase awareness of local career pathways through coordinated communications and <br />partner collaboration. <br />Measurement. <br />Partnerships will be documented through meeting records, joint initiatives, and coordinated <br />outreach efforts, with progress reviewed annually. <br />Small Business & Workforce Support <br />• Serve at least 40 small businesses through SBDC-aligned workforce programming and <br />technical assistance. <br />Track reported improvements in hiring practices, onboarding processes, or employee <br />retention strategies. <br />Measurement: <br />Participation records, follow-up surveys, and qualitative feedback from businesses will be used to <br />assess changes in practices and perceived value. <br />Countywide Capacity Building <br />Support multiple municipalities through shared access to professional grant writing <br />services tied to workforce, economic development, and infrastructure priorities. <br />Improve coordination among county, municipal, and economic development partners. <br />Measurement: <br />Requests supported, projects assisted, and coordination activities will be tracked and summarized <br />annually. <br />6.
