However, staff will be trained to manage systems in these areas efficiently. <br />EMP Access and Stakeholder Engagement: <br />+ The Energy Manager will ensure the EMP is accessible to detention center leadership and <br />facilities staff annually via: <br />- The county intranet or shared drive. <br />- A printed copy is available in the facilities office. <br />+ An annual energy briefing will be held with detention center leadership and facilities staff <br />to review performance, discuss improvements, and gather feedback. <br />+ The EMP specifies that communication responsibilities are retained by the County Facilities <br />Department and are not delegated to tenants or third parties. <br />7 <br />
