Kittitas County Courthouse Energy Audit AKANA <br />3.0 EXISTING SYSTEM DESCRIPTIONS AND CONDITIONS <br />3.1 BUILDING ENVELOPE <br />The building envelope of the facility is in fair to good condition. The courthouse envelope is <br />primarily glass with concrete side walls. The roof is covered with rock and white roll. (see Figure <br />3-1 and Figure 3-2). The courthouse windows are metal -hung single panes (see Figure 3-3). It has <br />three pedestrian glass double doors typical of office -style building entrances.
