Industrial Way, Ellensburg, WA Parcel #078533 by <br /> Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Ellensburg (RCW Chapter <br /> 39 . 33) . He noted the record was open. <br /> PATTI STACEY, FACILITIES DIRECTOR, provided a Staff Report and <br /> reviewed a request to dispose of surplus County property located at <br /> 925 S . Industrial Way, Ellensburg, WA (Parcel #078533) . She also <br /> provided an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Ellensburg <br /> as allowed per RCW Chapter 39 . 33 . <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE <br /> HEARING WAS CLOSED . <br /> RESOLUTION 2026-028 SURPLUS COUNTY PROPERTY SOLID WASTE <br /> VICE-CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH moved to approve Resolution No. 2026-028, <br /> Authorizing an Intergovernmental Sale of Real Property Located at <br /> 925 Industrial Way Ellensburg, WA and to Authorize the Chair to Sign <br /> the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Closing Documents . COMMISSIONER <br /> OSIADACZ seconded.
