That will give <br /> staff time to prep any comments that have been received. <br /> We will begin the Development Regulations and Critical Areas <br /> Ordinance review at a joint meeting with the Board of County <br /> Commissioners at the April 14th meeting. There will be a Planning <br /> Commission hearing the in May with the goal of having a <br /> recommendation for approval . The deadline for completion is <br /> June 2026 . <br /> COMMISSIONER TAYLOR mentioned advertising the meetings and <br /> public hearings on social media.
