Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 4 of 26 <br /> <br />Service Service Description <br />Discovery Deliverables Diagram creates a project plan and scope of work for website redesign and platform migration. <br />This includes: <br />• Confirmation of refined functional scope (key requirements, components, functionality). <br />• Project schedule/timeline. <br />• The Kittitas County team will be made available for one (1) day of virtual workshops <br />with the Diagram Project Team. <br />Assumptions Diagram assumes the following: <br />• Kittitas County will identify stakeholders who will participate in the workshops. <br />• All stakeholders will be available for interviewing during the planned sessions so that <br />all requirements and viewpoints can be taken into account. <br />• Any documentation about the current website and processes should be provided to <br />Diagram in advance of the virtual meetings to assist with preparation. <br />AGILE IMPLEMENTATION: DESIGN + BUILD + TEST <br />Service Service Description <br />Agile Design and Development <br />Sprints <br />Project work and activities will be planned and organized into two-week sprint cycles. During <br />each two-week sprint cycle, Diagram will make visible, measurable progress designing and <br />developing your website. Within each sprint, Diagram will: <br />• Create or refine detailed visual and functional specifications for upcoming work. <br />• Implement new CMS functionality that will be ready to demo for feedback. <br />• Incorporate feedback on previously demoed site elements. <br />• Refine the website UI design and content. <br />• Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) and accessibility testing. <br />Demos and Planning Sessions Diagram will meet with the Kittitas County team on a weekly basis, alternating between <br />planning/project-update sessions and demos of work completed. <br /> <br />Demos <br />Demos will occur every other week throughout the design + development cycle. Collecting <br />feedback continuously throughout the project maintains alignment across teams and allows us <br />to course correct or pivot direction as needed. We will coordinate with your core project team <br />to plan which stakeholders should be included in each demo. <br /> <br />Planning Sessions <br />In the off weeks when no demo is scheduled, Diagram’s team will meet with the Kittitas County <br />core project team or project coordinator to: <br />• Confirm feedback received in or after demos. <br />• Discuss work-in-progress and confirm or clarify expectations as needed. <br />• Collaborate on plans for future work, validating our understanding of Site/CMS admin <br />needs and granular functional requirements. <br />• Review work-completed vs. work-remaining, upcoming milestones, and deliverable <br />dates.
