Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 3 of 26 <br /> <br /> ATTACHMENT “A” <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Diagram will perform the following services within this Scope of Services: <br /> <br />PROJECT DISCOVERY <br /> <br />Service Service Description <br />Pre-Discovery Activities <br />Component Audit Prior to the discovery, the Diagram team will perform a component audit. A successful website <br />rebuild and integration strategy requires a thorough inventory of the types of content and <br />modules currently in place. This audit is intended to identify all the moving pieces that will need <br />to be accounted for. <br /> <br />Deliverable(s) <br />• After evaluation of existing components, Diagram subject matter experts will prepare <br />questions for discussion during the discovery workshops. <br />Discovery Workshop Activities <br />Outcomes and Objectives In this session we will prioritize the high-level business objectives of the project, mapping them <br />to organizational goals. We will also discuss the criteria for success and identify any obstacles <br />that we will need to overcome. The goal is to leave with a shared vision of project outcomes. <br />Current Site and Existing <br />Designs <br />In order to design and build a better website, we will need a shared understanding of the <br />current website. In this session, we will explore the pain points and limitations of the current <br />implementation. Insights from this session will inform the discussion on technical strategy and <br />architecture. <br />Design and Branding Discussion Diagram will work with the Kittitas County team to: <br />• Define all technical requirements, including what, if any, third-party software <br />integrations will be available at go-live utilizing the Umbraco platform. <br />• Conduct collaborative design workshops to help both the Kittitas County and Diagram <br />teams get aligned on design direction, content strategy, and inspiration. <br />Technical Architecture <br />Discussion <br />During this session, we will meet with technical stakeholders to discuss Umbraco, its <br />capabilities, and how we can balance extensibility and composability to streamline workflows <br />for site admins. We will dive into integration strategy and identify how best to make use of <br />available APIs and web services. Lastly, we will cover your Azure infrastructure, security, and <br />what to expect integrating with and deploying to Umbraco Cloud. The goal of this session is to <br />build a shared vision for a sustainable technical architecture. <br />Discovery Workshop Deliverables
