June 23rd, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Cory Wright and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Board members absent: Chairman Laura Osiadacz <br /> <br />Others: IT Director Doug Fessler; Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney; <br />Admin Assistant Grant Shimada <br /> <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING IT STUDY SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 11:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Cory Wright opened the Information <br />Technology Study Session. <br /> <br />CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> <br />There were no citizen comments. <br /> <br />CONTRACT PUBLIC WEBSITE AND INTRANET IT <br /> <br />Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney is requesting Board approval for a <br />contract with a 3rd party website developer, Diagram, Inc. IT has <br />budgeted $100k in the Enterprise Technology Fund to help cover the 1st <br />year of expenses. PH will also be contributing a $50k Grant they were <br />awarded towards this project. Commissioner Brett Wachsmith moved to <br />approve the contract. Vice-Chairman Cory Wright seconded, motion <br />passed; 2:0. <br /> <br />The Board made a request for IT to put together a discovery packet <br />that goes over the process of creating a new County brand/seal. <br /> <br />REQUEST APPLICATION DEVELOPER POSITIONS I, II, AND III IT <br /> <br />Assistant IT Director Zane Kinney is requesting Board approval for a <br />new Application Developer tiered position system. IT has worked with <br />HR to create this new tiered system: Application Developer I, II, and <br />III. Current members of the application developer team will be placed <br />at tier I. Commissioner Brett Wachsmith moved to approve the new <br />Application Developer position tier system. Vice-Chairman Cory Wright <br />seconded, motion passed; 2:0. <br /> <br /> <br />
