ATTACHMENT,,B,, <br />COMPENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL <br />CoNTRACTOR SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "E"1. <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work described in Attachment"A", and within <br />thirty (30) days of receiving Contractor's itemized invoice, the County shall pay Contractor the following amount(s) <br />as detailed in Exhibit B: 575,534.52. <br />Unless otherwise provided herein, Contractor shall be solely responsible for Contracto/s travel and <br />related expenses. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/t4125\ <br />Page 4 of 18
