<br />SCOPE OF WORK
<br />The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and incidental services
<br />necessary to properly install the Rodeo Arena Timed Event Pens in accordance with the accepted design, as shown
<br />in Exhibit A, and any written clarifications or instructions issued by the Event Center Director following the original
<br />bid posting. The Scope of Work includes, without limitation, all services, deliverables, representations,
<br />commitments, and performance standards set forth in the Contractor's bid proposal.
<br />The Contractor shall perform all installation work required to deliver a complete and fully functional Rodeo Arena
<br />Timed Event Pen system, including, but not limited to, the following:
<br />. Furnishing and installing all cattle panels, gates, hardware, anchoring systems, and accessories;
<br />r lnstalling roping boxes, sorting systems, lead-up alleys, staging access gates, and related components;
<br />o lntegrating all installed components with existing and newly constructed concrete walls, foundations, and
<br />stadium structures as shown on the plans;
<br />o The Contractor shall not anchor to or attach any materials to building structures without the
<br />County's prior written aPProval;
<br />. Performing field fitting, alignment, anchoring, and securing of all components in accordance with
<br />ma nufactu rer req u irements a nd a pplica ble industry sta nda rds;
<br />. Performing all incidental and ancillary work reasonably necessary to complete the installation, whether
<br />or not such work is specifically identified in the plans.
<br />The Contractor shall:
<br />r Coordinate all work with the Event Center Director, acting on behalf of the County;
<br />. Perform installation work only after the County has released the area for construction;
<br />. Sequence and perform work to avoid interference with ongoing or previously coordinated construction
<br />activities;
<br />. Substantially complete all installation work no later than July L5, 2026, unless otherwise modified by
<br />written amendment executed by the County.
<br />The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that:
<br />. No deviations from the approved design documents, including Exhibit A, shall be permitted without the
<br />County's prior written authorization;
<br />. Any discrepancies, errors, omissions, or constructability issues identified during installation shall be
<br />promptly reported to the County, and the Contractor shall not proceed with affected work until written
<br />direction is received.
<br />All work performed under this Agreement is subject to inspection and approval by the County. The Contractor
<br />shall promptly correct, replace, or re-install, at no additional cost to the County, any work determined to be
<br />defective, incomplete, or not in compliance with the Contractor's bid proposal, this Agreement, or the Contract
<br />Documents. No reduction in scope, substitution of materials or services, or deviation from the Contractor's bid
<br />proposal shall be permitted without the County's prior written approval.
<br />Final acceptance of the Work shall not relieve the Contractor of responsibility for latent defects, warranty
<br />obligations, or other obligations arising under this Agreement.
<br />All representations, warranties, schedules, pricing assumptions, inclusions, and commitments made by the
<br />Contractor in its bid proposalare incorporated herein by reference and are enforceable as contractualobligations,
<br />whether or not expressly restated in this Agreement.
