BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE HOMELESSNESS AND AFFORDABLE <br />HOUSING COMMITTEE BYLAWS <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2026-oab <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2008-174 combined the Affordable Housing Committee <br />and the Homelessness committee into unified committee to better address <br />the needs of the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in September 2019 and February 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department Human Services Drvrston <br />expanded the conflict-of-interest section and incorporated the update into <br />the most recent Homelessness and Affordable Housing bylaws by <br />reference and attached hereto; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the Homelessness and Affordable Housing bylaws as presented. <br />ADOPTED this?wl6u,2026. <br />OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, Chair <br />Chair <br />Clerk of Board <br />co <br />vr <br />7 <br />a ry <br />A <br />u IL <br />SLAL
