If any provision of this Agreement or any provision of any document <br />incorporated by ref:erence shall be held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the other <br />provisions of tiris Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid provision, if such <br />iemainder conforms to the requirements of applicable law and the fundamental purpose of this <br />agreement, and to this end thJprovisions of this Agreement are declared to be severable' <br />2l) preservation of Sovereign Imrnunity. Notwithstanding any other terms or provisions <br />of itr;s Agreement, the parties acknowledge that Yakama Nation, by entering into this <br />Agreemeirt, does not waive its sovereign immunity from suit, nor does it waive, alter, or <br />otf,erwise di*inirh its sovereign rights, privileges, remedies, or services guaranteed by the <br />Treaty with the Yakamas of 1855 (12 Stat. 951)- <br />22) Filing.
