ATTACHMENT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />THE COUNTY WILL NOT PROCESS PAYMENT FOR SERVICES RENDERED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT UNTIL <br />CONTRACTOR SUBMITS A COMPLETED W-9 (SEE ATTACHMENT "E"). <br />Within thirty (30) days of receiving the Contractor's itemized invoice(s) and supportive documentation, <br />the County shall compensate the Contractor through the County voucher system. Full compensation for all work <br />associated under the contract shall not exceed $2,955,300, plus any applicable taxes. <br />Unless otherwise provided herein, Contractor shall be solely responsible for Contractor's travel and <br />related expenses. <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 4 of 19 <br />
