ATTACHMENT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />This Contract provides for the construction of a pre-engineered steel structure, which is to be placed <br />on real property located at 2021 Airport Road, Cle Elum, Washington, 98922. In addition to the <br />construction of a pre-engineered steel structure, the scope of work includes, but is not limited to, <br />conducting site improvements, utility installation, grading, and landscaping, all in accordance with the <br />attached Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. <br />Work site: 2021 Airport Road, Cle Elum, Washington, 98922. <br />Construction substantial completion: 270 days from Notice to Proceed <br />Kittitas County Agreement for Services (rev. 5/14/25) <br />Page 3 of 19 <br />
