S 160.103. <br />,,Eligible Participant" or "Participant" or "RMTS Participant" means an employee of the <br />Contractor that is in compliance with allfederal, state, and HCA regulations including this Contract, <br />the CAP, the Manual, CMS guidance, and any other requirements for participation in the MAC <br />program and whose costs are eligible for claiming their staff time costs for conducting MAC activities. <br />,,Federal Financial Participation" or "FFP" means the federal payment (or federal "match") that is <br />available at a rate of SO% for amounts expended by a state "as found necessary by the Secretary for <br />the proper and efficient administration on the state plan" per 42 CFR S 433.15(b)(7). An enhanced <br />FFp rate of seventy five percent (75%) is available for certain SPMP or interpretation administrative <br />costs.
