Kittitas County Public Works is pursuing supplemental grant <br />sources and local Flood Control Zone District funding may also need to be <br />utilized. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Hansen Pits Levee does not provide effective flood protection and is causing habitat <br />degradation across the 595-acre project area.
