Reduction in Funds ln the event that funds appropriated for the Project contemplated under this Grant Agreement are withdrawn, reduced, or limited in any way by the Federal government, or other-funding source, during the Grant Agreement period, tne partles understand and agree that COMMERCE may suspend, amend, or terminate the Grant Agreement to abide by the revised funding limitations. The parties understand and agree that GRANTEE shall be bound by any such revised funding limitations as implemented at thL discretion of COMMERCE and shall meet and renegotiate the Grant Agreement accordinglY. 16. Order of Precedence ln the event of an inconsistency in this Grant Agreement, the inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order: r Applicable federal and state of Washington statutes and regulations .
