12/08/2025 MINUTES 3 <br />OTHER BUSINESS/GENERAL UPDATES – There were general updates on <br />meetings & conversations that the Board participated in, <br />individually, over the past week. <br /> <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board, reported that an inquiry had <br />been received regarding whether the Board provides any <br />acknowledgement or recognition for an employee’s 20-year <br />anniversary. She noted that staff had recently discussed obtaining <br />service pins to present to employees. <br /> <br />The Board agreed that implementing service pins would be beneficial <br />and expressed interest in inviting employees to attend the Board’s <br />regular Agenda Session twice a year to be formally acknowledged and <br />thanked.
