Agricultural direct marketing activities/Agricultural seasonal <br /> harvest festivities/Agricultural expanded seasonal harvest <br /> festivities - Staff is proposing to add the permitted use to <br /> Master Planned and PUD land designations . Commissioner Deneen <br /> requested to update the table in Agricultural expanded seasonal <br /> harvest from Conditional Use (CU) to Permit Administrative <br /> (PA) in Ag20 because they don' t have the funds to do a CU and <br /> they would need to hire someone to assist them to complete the <br /> CU. Long Range Planner Johnston stated the question would be if <br /> we could create criteria that could be processed with an <br /> administrative permitted use that would mitigate the potential <br /> impacts . He stated he would look into this possibility. <br /> Animal Boarding - Staff is proposing to add the permitted use to <br /> Master Planned land designation because of the level of review <br /> it already has . Commissioner Deneen requested to have it <br /> Permitted (P) under PUD because for their application they are <br /> already going through an in depth review. <br /> Agriculture Sales - Commissioner Deneen mentioned the need to <br /> allow farmers to sell hay off their farms in Ag5, Rura15 and <br /> Ag20 . Long Range Planner Johnston reviewed the definition and <br /> does not believe hay would fall under this term. No changes <br /> proposed to this table item. He stated he will review the <br /> agriculture definitions and hopefully come back at the next <br /> meeting with some different definitions to deal with questions . <br /> Nurseries - Staff is proposing to add the permitted use to <br /> Master Planned and PUD land designations . Commissioner Deneen <br /> asked by are we doing a CU permitting in Forest & Range . He <br /> stated if we are permitting it in Ag5 and Rural, it should be <br /> looked into being permitted in Forest & Range . <br /> Small-Scale Event Facility - Staff is proposing to add <br /> Administrative Conditional Use (ACU) or Conditional Use (CU) to <br /> Master Planned, Rural Recreation and PUD. Commissioner Deneen <br /> requested that it also be added to Commercial . He stated he <br /> thinks we need to look at our Commercial zoning, especially in <br /> Easton, as it has not been touched or changed in almost his <br /> lifetime . He continued that as a county we are becoming more <br /> touristy and that is where our revenue will come from. Long <br /> Range Planner Johnston stated that there are four land use <br /> tables and we plan on going through all of them.
