Subtask 2,2 - Environmental Monitoring R.eporting Activities . Receive and review laboratory data and LFG monitoring results from Subtask 2'1' . Compile, validate, and analyze groundwater, leachate, and LFG data in accordance with the approved SAP and LFG Monitoring Plan. o Prepare three quarterly environmental monitoring reports per year (Q1, Q2, Q3) including: o Laboratory reports and field data sheets. o Data validation summary. o Tabulated groundwater and LFG results. o Tabulated leachate results (Ql only). o Time-series plots of concentrations. o Static water level measurements and potentiometric surface maps' o Groundwater flow velocity calculations. o Summary of concentrations above the maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) defined in Chapter t73-2OO WAC, Water Quality Standards for Groundwaters of the State of Washington (GWQS), any corrective actions, or follow up monitoring. o Statisticalevaluations, o Geochemical evaluations (cation-anion balancing, trilinear/stiff diagrams). o Other information for reporting under Chapters L73-350 and 173-351WAC' r Prepare one annual environmental monitoring report per year including: o Laboratory reports and field data sheets from all four quarters. o Data validation summaries. o Tabulated groundwater, LFG, and leachate results. o Statisticalevaluations. o Summary of concentrations that exceed GWQS MCLs, any corrective actions, or follow up monitoring. o Summary of relevant changes that occurred at the Ryegrass Facility' Kittitas County Agreement for Services trev. 5/14/25) Page 6 of 28
