Deliverables Draft and final annual summary memo documenting any updates to the Plan of Operations, Closure Plan, and Post-Closure Plan (LPL). Draft and final updated FA summary memo, including revised cost estimates, schedules, and financial model outputs (LPL and Balefill). Formal plan revisions only if required due to substantive changes. Updated drawings and volumetric analysis for LPL, incorporated into Closure Plan Review and Financial Assurance docu mentation, Assumptions . The County will perform annual topographic or aerial survey of the active LPL and the closed Balefill Landfill to document current grades and volumetric changes' r No significant changes to landfill operations, closure grades, or post-closure use are anticipated during the contract period, r Minor updates will be addressed through supplemental documentation to avoid triggering re-review by the regulators. r County will provide current account balances, waste volumes, and tipping fee data for FA updates. r Annual coordination and schedule alignment willoccur duringthe County's established regulatory review c.ycle to ensure deliverables meet March 1 review and April l submittal deadlines. o Survey will be completed by a qualified surveyor retained bythe County or Parametrix; costs for survey services are included in the Task 1.0 budget. .
