<br />public works agencies and cities, municipal water and wastewater industries, K-12 and
<br />healthcare projects in the AEC Industry. His designs are clear, simple, and practical. They

<br />Key Project Experience
<br /> Yakima Airport Modernization (McAllister Field) (Yakima, WA). Remodel and
<br />modernization of existing two-story airport, including sterile areas, non-sterile
<br />areas, baggage claim, waiting areas, and support spaces. Design is in multiple
<br />phases and project currently has completed Phase 1 design and we are in Phase
<br />II design.
<br /> Port of Portland, Portland International Airport – On Call (Portland, OR). On-
<br />call work for Port of Portland, including modernization of enplaning doors,
<br />chiller upgrades, maintenance shop improvements, HVAC system
<br />improvements, escalator and elevator modernizations, signage improvements,
<br />retail tenant fit out, restroom modernizations, and baggage claim upgrades.
<br /> Troutdale Airport – Control Tower Improvements (Troutdale, OR). Electrical
<br />service, power distribution, and HVAC upgrades for control tower. Design
<br />included developing construction sequencing plans to limit down time.
<br /> Hillsboro Airport – Security Camera Upgrades, (Hillsboro, OR). New security
<br />cameras for regional airport.
<br /> New Porsche Dealership (Lynwood, WA). New 60,000 SF (approx.) dealership
<br />with showrooms, maintenance shop, and significant EV charging infrastructure.
<br /> New Lincoln Phase II Affordable Housing (Vancouver, WA). New 40,000 SF
<br />(approx.) multi-story affordable housing complex.
<br /> Portland Water Bureau Ground Water Pump Station Electrical Renovations
<br />(Portland, OR). Landis is the prime consultant and has provided the design for
<br />replacement of seven 5kV medium voltage motor control centers. Additionally,
<br />the design included complete replacement and upgrade of the control system
<br />wiring.
<br /> Portland Water Bureau – Washington Park Reservoir Improvements (Portland,
<br />OR). Power and control systems for reservoir improvements project. Design
<br />included landscape lighting, security surveillance cameras, and electronic gate
<br />access control systems.
<br /> Salem Keizer School District Security System Upgrades (Salem, OR). Security,
<br />electronic access control, and intrusion system design for multiple schools.

<br />Ben is currently partnering with MWA Architects on the Yakima Air Terminal-
<br />McAllister Field Modernization project and the OHSU Crossing Campus
<br />Tenant Improvements project .
