It is understood that such execution shall not require <br />that one original agreement be signed by all parties to this agreement, but there will be several <br />duplicate originals, one signed by each party to this agreement. The purpose of this provision is <br />to facilitate signing of this agreement and to avoid undue delay in the execution of the <br />agreement. This agreement, however, shall be executed on behalf of each parry by its authorized <br />representative and pursuant to the appropriate motion, resolution or ordinance of each local <br />government or entity as the case may be. Each parry to this agreement shall be bound to it as of <br />the date it signs this agreement. <br />D. Withdrawal. Either parry may withdraw its participation in the KCRTRT by <br />providing written notice of its withdrawal and serving such notice upon the legislative body of <br />the other party. A notice of withdrawal shall become effective ninety (90) days after the notice is <br />provided to the other parry. <br />E. Termination of Agreement. The KCRTRT may be terminated by affirmative <br />vote of both the Sheriff and Police Chief. Any vote for termination shall occur only when the <br />Sheriff and Police Chief, or their designee(s) are present at the meeting in which such vote is <br />taken. In the event of termination of the agreement, the parties will still be liable and responsible <br />for its obligations and actions occurring prior to the effective date of termination. <br />F. Limitations on Assignment and Delegation.
