WPAS and <br />nbO -uy agree to modiff these procedures as necessary tbr any particular situation. <br />X.Dispute Resolution. <br />A. The Directors Meeting and Mediation process are m_andatory for both parties. <br />{1,e onlv exception to this tirm of the agreernent is where WPAS, in good. faith, has <br />;;;igbE ruurJ to believe that there are-exigent circumstances warranting immediate <br />;;;;;r. Such circumstances are defined as-"emergencies" as defined in the access <br />asreements. In such cases, the WPAS Executive Director or his or her designee shall <br />;;iliti;Director of the Division of Developmental Dis_abiiities or his or her designee; <br />;,t;;-Offtce of the Attorney General to attempt to resolve the dispute.
