C. DDD agrees to give WPAS a list of all current DDD consumers and their addresses' <br />DDD will provide WPAS an updated list annually. <br />D. Current contracts will be <br />amended to include this-requirement when they are renewed. <br />VII. Authority to Investigate Allegations of Abuse and Neglect' <br />A. DDD shall allow and encourage all employees and providers to talk o-pelly with <br />WpaS emptoyees. Upon receipt of a complaint, the <br />WpAS Executive Director or his or her designee sha-il conduit an investigation and submit a <br />written ,.rporr" to the State within fourteer;(14) days inan effort to resolve any complaints <br />"r --plai"irtly as possible.
