DDD shall allow and encourage all employees and providers to talk o-pelly with <br />WpaS emptoyees. Any complaint conceming WPAS staffshall be immediately brought to the attention <br />of the WPAS Ex;cdive Director"or his or her designee. Upon receipt of a complaint, the <br />WpAS Executive Director or his or her designee sha-il conduit an investigation and submit a <br />written ,.rporr" to the State within fourteer;(14) days inan effort to resolve any complaints <br />"r --plai"irtly as possible.
