Qualifications (RFQ) was posted in the paper of record July 3, 10 and 17, 2025. Public <br /> Works received three submittals in response to the RFQ. A committee comprising of <br /> Public Works, Conference of Government and Water District No. 6 reviewed and scored <br /> the submittals. SCJ Alliance was selected for the development of the sanitary sewer <br /> assessment. <br /> The Conference of Governments considered this project and associated request for <br /> funding utilizing the 2025 Distressed County Sales and Use Tax (0.09 funds) for this <br /> assessment project. Support from COG was provided at their May 21, 2025 regular <br /> meeting. <br /> FISCAL IMPACT: <br /> Up to $50,000 from the 2025 Public Facility Fund 108 (Distressed County Sales and Use <br /> Tax). <br /> ATTACHMENTS: <br /> None <br />
