Service Service Description <br />Design Exploration Diagram will produce a series of design vignettes (style prototypes) showcasing options for how <br />design elements, colors, and typography can combine to produce a brand-aligned look and feel <br />for the website. These options will be informed by the wireframes and expand upon any existing <br />initial designs to explore overall art direction for the website. Multiple options are shown to <br />compare and contrast, with each representing a viable visual treatment based on what is learned <br />through previous workshops and conversations. The design choices we align on will set the initial <br />foundation for the website Style Guide and Design System. <br /> <br />Deliverable(s) <br />• Two (2) style prototypes. <br />• One (1) round of iteration is included to further refine the visual design direction. <br />Content Strategy and <br />Planning <br />Diagram will coordinate with the Kittitas County team to strategize, gather, and prioritize content <br />for key areas of the website. This content will then be used to create content models for key <br />pages and structured content types. The content models inform the implementation strategy and <br />structured content creation in the CMS. It will also provide a working foundation for the site’s <br />information architecture. <br /> <br />Deliverable(s) <br />• Content models for up to ten (10) key pages or content types. <br />Technical/Design Planning <br />and Specifications <br />Diagram will coordinate with the Kittitas County team to regularly review, refine, and adapt <br />technical and design specifications throughout the duration of the project, to ensure that <br />components and features work in ways that support the project goals and user stories . <br />Page 10 of 18
