As such, we include a project initiation meeting (kick -off meeting) <br />with all of our engagements. During the meeting, Lumifi Cyber will address the <br />following topics: <br />• Introduce key people at Kittitas County and Lumifi Cyber <br />• Exchange contact information (for regular reporting and emergencies) <br />• Review scope of services <br />• Review communication, notification, and issue escalation procedures <br />• Discuss other specific Kittitas County requests and rules of engagement <br />• Discuss the involvement of the Kittitas County staff in the project for the <br />purpose of knowledge transfer and security <br />• Lumifi Cyber will discuss the deliverables required at completion of the project, <br />the designated recipient, and the manner in which Lumifi Cyber will forward <br />those deliverables <br />• Describe/provide the Kittitas County IR Plan, processes and policies <br />• Plan the TTE and identify participants <br />o The Date of TTE will be coordinated and an invite will be sent to the <br />Project Manager <br />• Discuss pre-TTE communications from management to participants <br />TTE <br />Our preferred methodology is modeled on the CyberRX, a scenario -based exercise <br />program to assess the cyber security response preparedness of healthcare <br />organizations. CyberRX 2.0 is the next iteration following the successful introduction <br />of CyberRX 1.0 in 2013. The CyberRX program is overseen by a steering committee <br />comprised of representatives from the healthcare industry, HITRUST, and Department <br />of Health and Human Services (DHHS). <br />The CyberRX cycle includes the following phases and who is responsible for each <br />phase: <br />• Prepare and Plan – Lumifi Cyber and Kittitas County
