This enables a proactive approach to addressing <br />security risks discovered during the course of the project and ensures that all project <br />stakeholders are completely informed at all times. <br />Lumifi Cyber will provide a highly qualified resource as Lead Consultant on the project <br />and the Point of Contact (PoC) for the life of the contract; additional resources may <br />address specific areas of this body of work. The Lead Consultant has experience i n <br />incident management, regulatory compliance and information security, managing <br />enterprise-level projects, and communicating with Executives, Steering Committees, <br />Regulators, and Auditors as well as IT and operational staff. <br />Kittitas County Resource Requirements <br />Achieving Kittitas County’s objectives will require active participation from both the <br />Lumifi Cyber Project Team as well as Kittitas County’s own personnel. To ensure the <br />timely and successful completion of this project, Kittitas County should expect at <br />least the following resource time commitments from its own personnel: <br />• A Project Manager should be assigned to the project to serve as the single <br />point of contact for the Lumifi Cyber Project Team <br />o Kittitas County may choose to assign the Project Sponsor and Project <br />Manager role to the same person <br />• This role will require a commitment of approximately 4 -6 hours during the <br />course of the project <br />• Additionally, the following activities and estimated time allocations will be <br />performed as part of the project in which Kittitas County -identified staff will <br />participate:
