All rights reserved. <br />PRIVATE - Controlled by Lumifi Cyber <br /> <br />8/25 <br />PRIVATE - Controlled by Lumifi Cyber <br />successful completion of this project, Kittitas County should expect at least the following <br />resource time commitments from its own personnel: <br />• A Project Manager should be assigned to the project to serve as the single point of <br />contact for the Lumifi Cyber Project Team <br />o The Kittitas County may choose to assign the Project Sponsor and Project <br />Manager role to the same person <br />o This role will require a commitment of approximately 4 hours during the course of <br />the project <br />• Report Review Team <br />o Up to 4 hours per member to conduct report reviews <br />Project Initiation Meeting <br />Lumifi Cyber recognizes the value of communication and ongoing collaboration with our <br />customers. As such, we include a project initiation meeting (kick -off meeting) with all of <br />our engagements. During the meeting, Lumifi Cyber will address the following topics: <br />• Introduce key people at Kittitas County and Lumifi Cyber <br />• Exchange contact information (for regular reporting and emergencies) <br />• Review scope of services <br />• Review communication, notification, and issue escalation procedures <br />• Discuss other specific Kittitas County requests and rules of engagement <br />• Discuss the involvement of Kittitas County staff in the project for the purpose of <br />knowledge transfer and security <br />• Lumifi Cyber will discuss the deliverables required at completion of the project, the <br />designated recipient, and the manner in which Lumifi Cyber will forward those <br />deliverables <br />See Appendix: A Interview Guide for details of people, questions and times required to obtain <br />the information requested. <br />Approach <br />Step 1 – Information Gathering <br />Lumifi Cyber will collect all relevant information from document reviews and staff <br />interviews, and review and verify gathered data. This project will be conducted remotely. <br />During this time, Lumifi Cyber focuses on information gathering to gain a better <br />understanding of the information security program, policy and procedural implementation, <br />and the environment including:
